Welcome to MamaWize! I’m Delila Olsson, a native Oregonian living in Portland and serving my community as a writer, educator, trainer & mentor. I’m a busy mama who is raising a son, running a business, and rousing awareness for environmental programs.

I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Studies, many years of classroom teaching under my belt, and a wealth of experience working with families to address individual situations and explore solutions that build trust, confidence and strengthen relationships. My focus includes the social and emotional needs of parents, caregivers, and women on the whole.

I also offer workshops and public lectures that connect women in ways that provide support, mutual sharing, problem solving, and networking for personal and professional growth.
